Departure from Raleigh on Friday, August 29th at 9am. Departure from Camp Ihduhapi on Wednesday, Sept. 3rd at 6am.
Driver/Passenger Information
Qualified Drivers/Organizers* are required for every Ronvoy route vehicle. A qualified driver will be at least 25 years of age, with a valid drivers license and a major credit card in his or her name. Contact Susan Wolfe at (316) 992-7834 for questions regarding being a driver. If ticket purchaser is interested in being a driver and is qualified, please indicate so on registration form when paying for ticket. Driver information will be provided to all travelers by 8/26, and it is the traveler's responsibility to contact the driver directly with any questions or concerns. Drivers will also be provided with all confirmed and paid traveler's contact information. It is the traveler's sole responsibility to arrive at the departure location on time in their pick-up city, as well as at the departure location for shuttles provided to and from Minneapolis. Travelers are expected to communicate with the driver on issues regarding schedule. Drivers will be in contact with travelers to confirm departure location and specific time, so check your messages and emails regularly. There are NO REFUNDS for being late/missing the departure of the Ronvoy. It is ABSOLUTELY in the best interest of the traveler to be in contact with your driver regularly! We cannot stress this enough! Unless route is cancelled, all sales are FINAL!
In Minneapolis Travelers are free to make separate lodging arrangements, however Ronvoy vehicles will be stopping at Camp Ihduhapi upon arrival to Minneapolis. It is the traveler's responsibility to arrange for separate transportation to any different lodging location, as well as arranging for their own in-town transportation to Rally events. It is the traveler's responsibility to meet back up with the Ronvoy route at Camp Ihduhapi on time for the return trip on Wednesday, leaving at 6am. Travel to and from Rally events will be provided by the Ronvoy vehicles from Camp Ihduhapi only.
Cabin Lodging Information
The Camp Ihduhapi Revolution Campgrounds can house up to 225 guests in comfortable winterized group cabins. All cabin lodging is only a short walk down various trails to the Dining Hall. Campgrounds are just 25 miles from Target Center.
